Neurocrine Biosciences is seeking a Senior leader to drive Commercial Insights, Analytics, and Forecasting. You will partner across Marketing, Field Sales, Medical Affairs and Finance to shape strategy and inform investments. Lead forecasting, analytics, and measurement to accelerate product launches.

You will build scalable analytics capabilities, modernize data platforms, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering an innovative culture with accountability.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business, science or quantitative disciplines AND 16+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech Commercial experience, in roles of increasing accountability.
• Master's degree in similar disciplines or MBA preferred AND 14+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech Commercial experience, in roles of increasing accountability.
• Extensive leadership experience in building and developing high performing teams, delivering results, and shaping the future.
• Demonstrated expertise leveraging commercial forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence, business analytics, and AI-enabled insights.

Responsabilités

• Establishes & executes the long-term vision, strategy, and operating model for the Commercial Insights and Analytics function.
• Leads a high-performing organization responsible for commercial forecasting, market research, competitive intelligence, analytics, and AI-enabled decision support.
• Partners with cross-functional leadership to identify business opportunities and deliver actionable insights and forecasts that shape commercial strategy.
• Champions evidence-based decision making by delivering clear, objective recommendations that influence portfolio prioritization and GTM execution.
• Provides strategic oversight of commercial forecasting activities with transparent, assumption-driven analyses.
