Job summary

Carestream is seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Revenue Operations & Commercial Analytics Manager to lead commercial intelligence, forecasting, pipeline management, and executive analytics within a growing medical device organization.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Revenue Operations or related fields, with experience in healthcare technologies or regulated industries, and strong skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and executive storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Commercial Analytics, BI, Forecasting.
• Experience in medical device, healthcare technology, life sciences, diagnostic imaging, or capital equipment.
• Proven success supporting executive leadership through strategic analytics and performance management.
• Expertise in pipeline management, sales forecasting, revenue planning, funnel governance, and executive reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, pricing frameworks, and revenue drivers.
• Experience developing forecasting methodologies and predictive analytics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
