Job summary

First Community Credit Union seeks an experienced AVP of Collections to lead our collections and recovery operations in Beloit, WI. You will develop and implement effective collection strategies, manage delinquency and charge-offs, and ensure regulatory compliance while preserving member relationships.

You will mentor the collections team, monitor portfolio performance and KPIs, coordinate with legal and third-party agencies, and drive risk mitigation across lending, legal, and compliance

Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience managing a collections division.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of collections laws and best practices.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team and collaborate with legal/compliance.
