Job summary

Confido Health is seeking a Director of Implementation to own end-to-end onboarding for enterprise customers in NYC. You will lead the implementation lifecycle, coordinate with product, CS, and sales, and drive scalable processes from kickoff to live deployment.

The role values a background in managing complex rollouts and a builder mindset, with ownership of timelines and success metrics. This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting to Head of Implementation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations, system deployments, or complex client onboarding.
• Background in B2B SaaS, management consulting, CPG, or systems integration welcomed.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
• Strong PM skills: plan ownership, status updates, escalation when off track.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live for enterprise customers.
• Design and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and workstreams across deployments.
• Configure and customize the Confido platform to fit customer workflows and data structures.
• Build cross-functional alignment with sales, CS, and product to ensure successful onboarding.
