Pavago seeks a Head of Client Delivery to lead post-sales client lifecycle—onboarding, implementation, adoption and expansion—driving AI-driven value for enterprise clients. This role combines hands-on delivery with strategic leadership across Sales, Product, Engineering and Client Success.

The ideal candidate will own client satisfaction, escalations and long-term account health while building scalable delivery processes in a high-growth environment. Fully remote within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Engineering, CS or related field.
• Proven experience leading post-sales delivery, client onboarding and implementations.
• Strong communication with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end client delivery lifecycle post-sale, onboarding, implementation, adoption and expansion.
• Lead strategic client delivery initiatives, risk management and escalation handling.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering and Client Success to align delivery with business goals.
• Develop scalable onboarding playbooks and delivery workflows.
