Paylocity is a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider seeking a Senior Renewal Manager to lead a team of Client Contract Managers. You will own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle, drive retention and net revenue, and partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to optimize pricing and workflows.

The role requires 7+ years in renewals or related fields, 2+ years of people management, and a strong track record in contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in renewals, account management, contract management or project management.
• 2+ years of people management experience leading client-facing or revenue-supporting teams.
• Proven ability to manage complex, high-volume workflows while leading others.
• Strong experience working with contracts, pricing structures, and renewal negotiations.
• Demonstrated success partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5–10 Client Contract Managers, ensuring performance and engagement.
• Own end-to-end renewal process execution, including pricing strategy and term negotiations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Service, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk on renewal governance.
• Drive continuous improvement of renewal workflows, tools, and templates.
• Own renewal forecasting accuracy and reporting of metrics.
