Chase is seeking a Vice President of Channel Strategy & Optimization to lead how we acquire customers across Card, Auto, Home Lending, Business, and Wealth products. You will define channel roles, build playbooks, and drive cross-channel orchestration with a rigorous test-and-learn framework.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in channel or growth strategy with multi-channel scope.
• Build scalable systems: playbooks, governance, measurement standards.
• Strong funnel analytics, attribution vs incrementality, experimentation.
• Proven stakeholder influence across cross-functional partners.
• Excellent executive communication: framing, trade-offs, storytelling.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define channel roles and jobs-to-be-done across segments and journeys.
• Develop and maintain channel playbooks for email, web, branch, and direct mail.
• Own cross-channel orchestration, sequencing and next-best-channel guidance.
• Build channel experimentation: backlog, roadmap, tests, learning logs.
• Expand channel presence and evaluate new access points within channels.
• Partner with Analytics to set measurement standards and insights.
• Translate performance insights into strategy updates for leadership.
• Shape experience strategy for digital and branch channels.
