Job summary

Chase is seeking a Channel Strategy & Optimization Senior Associate to lead owned digital marketing channel strategy and performance analysis. You will design analytics frameworks, translate insights for executives, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive high-priority initiatives across Chase.com, Chase Mobile, and related channels.

The role requires 4+ years in digital marketing analytics, strong data-tool proficiency, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant business field.
• 4+ years in digital marketing analytics, marketing technology, performance measurement, and experimentation in web or app channels.
• Strong analytical capability with data tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau).
• Executive communication to present insights clearly to senior stakeholders and LOB partners.
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and business judgment.
• Project management skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight from leadership.

Responsibilities

• Expand channel strategy to meet LOB priorities and move away from reactive requests.
• Share recommendations and best practices through channel expertise and analytics.
• Partner with CSO teams to maintain insight into marketing plans and experiments and leverage accordingly.
• Enhance default strategy to improve customer experience and generate incremental business.
• Assess LOB performance at channel, page, placement, and funnel levels.
• Oversee governance of channel pages, placements, and experiments.
• Create and present executive-level insights to socialize decisions.
• Collaborate with Owned Media Optimization, Experimentation, Product, and Marketing Execution teams on governance.
• Dive deep into campaign strategies to optimize targeting, creative, placement, and frequency caps.
• Monitor weekly and monthly results to detect changes and investigate root causes.
• Integrate AI and automation into channel workflows to reduce manual operations.
