Job summary

Bucknell University seeks an Associate Director, Career Technology, Digital Strategy & Data Analytics to oversee the Center for Career Advancement's tech and data ecosystem on campus. You will drive Handshake, uConnect, Hiration integration, and emerging AI tools to deliver a personalized, user-centered experience.

This role leads real-time data collection, builds dashboards, and partners across campus to measure student engagement, experiential learning, and career outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, information systems, public administration or a related field.
• At least 4 years of work experience in data management, analytics or governance.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of the career technology portfolio, ensuring integration and data integrity.
• Lead collection, analysis, and reporting of real-time engagement and placement data.
• Develop dashboards to identify trends and inform strategy.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to integrate technology and data-driven insights.
• Advance use of AI and emerging technologies to transform career services.
