Qualifications

• Ability to understand data and analyze reports.
• Experience creating data strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Experience with data platforms, analytics, and reporting for student outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of career technology platforms (Handshake, uConnect, Hiration) and emerging tools.
• Lead real-time data collection, analytics, and dashboards to inform strategy and outcomes.
• Collaborate with campus partners to integrate technology and data-informed decision making.
• Advance use of AI and emerging tech to enhance personalized student support.
• Develop and optimize career technology platforms with a focus on user experience and engagement.
