Job summary

Bucknell University seeks an Associate Director for the Center for Career Advancement, Communications & Marketing to lead integrated marketing, communications, and digital engagement efforts. This role elevates student awareness, engages employers, parents, and alumni, and builds career readiness messaging campus-wide.

The position requires strong writing, brand management, and multi‑platform content development, with a focus on timely, relevant information for diverse campus audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field required.
• Four years of related advertising, social media, or communications experience.
• Masters degree in communications, marketing counseling, or related field preferred.
• Six years of experience in career development and counseling with undergraduates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy.
• Lead development and assessment of the Center's social media strategy across platforms.
• Create engaging content and manage the Center's online presence and communities.
• Collaborate with University Communications, Advancement, Athletics, and colleges to strengthen the Center's brand.
• Work with CCA Platforms team on uConnect pages and outcomes reports.
• Supervise CCA Student Interns.
