By leading real-time data collection and developing actionable dashboards, the position tracks student engagement, experiential learning, and post-graduation outcomes to address equity gaps, measure program impact, and guide continuous improvement. Crucially, it relies on deep cross-campus collaboration—partnering with academic colleges, Institutional Research, the Dominguez Center for Data Science, Communications, Advancement, Athletics, and Academic Affairs - to integrate technology, align strategy, and leverage data-driven insights that elevate career readiness and overall student success.Job Duties:Reporting Relationship:Reports to the Freeman Family Associate Vice President and Director of the Center for Career Advancement (CCA)Work Setting:On campus, student facing roleWork Schedule:40 hours per week, 52 weeks per yearMay work some nights and weekends to promote events and programs for the Center for Career Advancement (CCA)What You Will Do:Provide strategic oversight of career portfolio of technologies, including Handshake, uConnect, Hiration, and emerging tools, ensuring seamless integration, data integrity, accessibility, and a user-centered experience.Lead the collection, analysis, and reporting of real-time career engagement and placement success data to inform strategy, assess impact, and drive continuous improvement.
