You will oversee tools like Handshake, uConnect, and emerging AI tech, develop real-time dashboards, and collaborate across campus to improve student engagement and career outcomes.

The role focuses on data-driven decision making, equity, and continuous improvement, with a 40-hour work week on campus and potential evening events to support programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, information systems, public administration or related field.
• Four years of work experience in data management, analytics, governance or related field.
• Experience in higher education or a similarly complex, decentralized organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of career technology portfolio, including Handshake, uConnect, Hiration, and emerging tools, ensuring integration and data integrity.
• Lead collection, analysis, and reporting of real-time career engagement data to inform strategy and drive improvement.
• Develop dashboards and actionable insights to identify engagement trends and address equity gaps.
• Partner with campus stakeholders to integrate technology and data-driven decision‑making across the Center for Career Advancement.
• Advance the Center's use of AI and emerging technologies to transform career services and personalize student support.
• Lead the ongoing development and optimization of uConnect and other career technology platforms.
