Bucknell University seeks an Associate Director for the Center for Career Advancement, Communications & Marketing. This role leads a comprehensive communications plan to elevate the CCA’s visibility and strengthen its brand across the university community.

The position drives multi-platform marketing, content creation, and digital engagement to reach students, employers, parents and alumni. It requires leading cross-campus partnerships and supervising interns, with a focus on timely, relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
• Four years of related experience in advertising, social media, communications or related field
• Masters degree in communications, marketing, counseling or related field preferred
• Six years of experience working with career/professional development and counseling
• Experience with undergraduate student populations and digital marketing technologies

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing and communications strategy across digital, print, web, email, photos and social media platforms.
• Lead the development and assessment of the Center for Career Advancement's social media strategy across platforms.
• Create engaging content, oversee advertising campaigns, and collaborate with campus partners to strengthen the Center's brand and student engagement.
• Work with the CCA Platforms team on continued development of uConnect pages and outcomes reports.
• Supervise CCA Student Interns.
• Communicate career opportunities and outcomes to students, employers, parents and alumni
