Job summary

Lafayette College in Easton, PA seeks an Assistant/Associate Director for Technology and Career Center Data Analytics to lead data integrity, systems management, and assessment reporting across the Division of Academic Affairs.

You will design dashboards, collaborate on Handshake, Ellucian CRM, and other platforms, translate complex data into actionable insights, and support college initiatives through technology-driven student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience managing complex technology systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI/Reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel power user).
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead data & outcomes reporting for Career Center using NACE standards and partners.
• Develop dashboards and automate reports for divisional leadership using SQL and BI tools.
• Manage and oversee systems including Handshake, Uconnect, and Ellucian CRM; train staff.
