UG2 seeks a Superintendent to lead daily operations and maintenance of building systems, ensuring 100% uptime and cost-effective performance. You will oversee HVAC/MEP systems, safety programs, and regulatory compliance while guiding engineers and contractors.

The role requires a technical HVAC background, certifications, and strong leadership to protect client assets and drive continuous improvement in maintenance practices.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education.
• One-year certificate from college or technical school or five to seven years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HVAC-related technical degree or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Monitors operation and maintains HVAC and related equipment; reports malfunctions and performs preventive tasks.
• Oversees inventory of tools and supplies; processes purchase orders and checks stock levels.
• Oversees activities of contractors within the building and tenants.
• Identify safety hazards; implement safety training and remediation measures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory laws related to building infrastructure; alert management of discrepancies.
• Maintain infrastructure documentation and drawings; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise building engineers and maintenance staff; oversee hiring and development.
• Develop QA/QC processes and facilitate infrastructure assessments.
