Job summary

UG2 is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to support building operations, focusing on inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. You will participate in design discussions and collaborate with a growing team.

The role requires working knowledge of building management systems, the ability to lead when needed, and a strong, reliable work ethic. On-call rotation is part of the responsibilities to manage site emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Wastewater Treatment License or ability to obtain within six months preferred.
• Proficient in building management systems (BMS).
• Ability to act as Lead Engineer when required.
• Reliable and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and trend facilities systems through the building management system.
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and HVAC equipment.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and service calls.
• Conduct daily operation and maintenance of Energy Management/Building Automation/Fire Safety Systems.
