Job summary

UG2 seeks a Maintenance Technician to support general building operations and mechanical/electrical systems across UG2 facilities. You will inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and energy management systems, ensuring reliable operation.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, safety awareness, and the ability to follow procedures and respond to emergencies with professional communication with site leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of building and maintenance experience.
• Experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing and related building systems.
• Ability to read manuals and schematics and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs mechanical work for installation and maintenance of equipment, systems and facilities.
• Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC, pumps, ductwork, and related systems.
• Inspects and maintains Building Automation and Energy Management Systems.
• Responds to service calls for HVAC, plumbing, lighting and general carpentry tasks.
• Communicates status of work performed to supervisor.
