Job summary

UG2 seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician to support building operations, including inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and energy-management systems. You will contribute to system design discussions and join a growing team dedicated to reliability and safety.

Responsibilities include diagnosing building systems via BMS, performing preventative maintenance on HVAC and electrical equipment, and providing on-call support for site emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 3–5 years related experience.
• Wastewater License or ability to achieve within six months.
• High level proficiency in building management systems (BMS).
• Ability to act as Lead Engineer when required.
• Reliable and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and trend facilities systems via building management system.
• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment to increase reliability.
• Respond to building infrastructure maintenance requests, including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, carpentry, and painting.
• Inspect and repair boilers, heating, cooling, and auxiliary equipment.
• Operate and monitor Energy Management System and Fire Safety System daily.
