Job summary

Cisco Systems in the Americas is seeking a leader for Business Intelligence & Analytics (BIA) to set vision, roadmap, and behaviors for success. You will guide the BIA org, partner with sales leadership, finance, and Revenue Intelligence to shape data strategy and deliver impactful insights.

You will manage a team of business analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists, build scalable analytics, and empower the salesforce with AI-enabled dashboards and tools.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Sales BI & Analytics and Operations.
• Minimum BA/BS Degree (MBA or equivalent experience preferred).
• Experience with BI visualization tools: PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, Einstein Analytics, and Looker.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and roadmap for the Americas BIA organization.
• Advise leadership and coach the BIA team, modernizing BI approaches and driving automation.
• Lead a team of analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists designing Americas’ analytical framework.
• Build data models and create meaningful visualizations.
• Leverage AI capabilities to automate and empower the salesforce.
• Tell the business story across product units and executive leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Finance, CETO, Revenue Intelligence and other teams.
• Interact with cross-functional teams to identify strengths and opportunities.
