Cisco Systems, Inc. seeks an Americas BI & Analytics Leader to define the vision, roadmap, and success behaviors for the BIA organization within the SP&O function.

You will partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Intelligence, and Finance to drive data strategy and automation across PowerBI dashboards and executive analytics. You will lead a team of Business Analysts, AI Engineers, and Data Scientists to design scalable analytics, build robust data models, and create meaningful visualizations.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years experience in Sales BI & Analytics and Operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (MBA preferred).
• Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills.
