Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in the United States is seeking a high-impact Americas Business Intelligence & Analytics (BIA) Leader to set vision, drive roadmaps, and lead a diverse team of analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists.

You will shape the analytics strategy for the Americas SP&O organization, delivering actionable insights and scalable dashboards across multiple platforms. You will partner with Finance, Revenue Intelligence, and other functions, and advocate for data-driven decision making

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in a combination of Sales BI & Analytics and Operations.
Minimum BA/BS Degree; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience using BI visualization tools for Enterprise-Scale dashboards.

Responsibilities

Set the vision, direction, developmental roadmaps, and behaviors for success for our Business Intelligence & Analytics organization.
Advise leadership, coach the BIA team, and modernize BI approaches and analytics delivery.
Lead a team of Business Analysts, AI Engineers, and Data Scientists to design an analytics framework.
Build and empower data modeling, design, and meaningful visualizations across platforms.
Leverage AI capabilities to automate insights and empower the sales organization.
Tell the business story across product units and executive leadership teams.
