AlixPartners is seeking a strategic Business Intelligence Director - Americas to lead the Americas BI Center, guiding managers in industry and practice research to deliver high-quality insights and market intelligence that drive business development and client value.

The role partners with regional leaders to align capabilities with the firm’s commercial goals, shape operating practices, and lead the adoption of generative AI tools.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in business intelligence, market research, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven leadership and talent development in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Strong understanding of research methodologies and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead managers across industry and practice research and set priorities.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into insights.
• Oversee research delivery including industry trends and market dynamics.
• Provide pitch, RFP, and client-delivery support.
• Foster innovative, efficient research workflows and governance.
