Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in the United States seeks a senior Americas Business Intelligence & Analytics Leader to set vision, roadmap, and governance for the BIA organization within the SP&O team in the Americas. You will lead a cross-functional group delivering analytics across PowerBI, Executive Console, and Sales AI tools.

Based in the U.S. East/Central region, you will partner with Finance, Revenue Intelligence, and Sales Leadership to drive data strategy, automation, and impactful insights for

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales BI/Analytics and Operations with strong business acumen.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience using BI visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, QlikView, Einstein Analytics, Looker) for enterprise dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Set vision, roadmap, and behaviors for the Americas BIA organization.
• Advise leadership and coach the BIA team; drive automation and field analytics.
• Lead team of Analysts, AI Engineers, and Data Scientists to design analytics framework.
• Partner with Finance, Revenue Intelligence and Cisco orgs to support initiatives.
