Job summary

Ladders seeks a Leader, Business Intelligence to shape the vision and operating model for an enterprise BI and analytics function supporting sales performance and decision-making.

The role partners with executives and cross-functional teams to modernize reporting, elevate analytical rigor, and translate data into clear business narratives. You will oversee analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists delivering scalable insights.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales BI & Analytics with strong business acumen.
• BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience with Generative AI in relevant environments preferred.
• Advanced skills in SQL, Python, DAX or similar BI languages.
• Familiarity with SAP Hana, Snowflake, Teradata, and CRM tools like Salesforce and Gong.
• Proven leadership experience managing large, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and direction for the BI & Analytics organization.
• Advise leadership and coach the team on modernizing BI approaches.
• Lead a team of BI Analysts, AI Engineers, and Data Scientists in designing analytical frameworks.
• Empower the organization to create meaningful data visualizations.
• Leverage AI capabilities to enhance sales effectiveness.
• Communicate the business narrative across product units and leadership teams.
• Build relationships with internal organizations to support initiatives.
