Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. in the Americas SP&O organization seeks an Americas BI&A Leader to set vision, roadmap, and governance for the BIA function.

You will partner with Sales Leadership, Revenue Intelligence, and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven outcomes. You will lead a team of analysts, AI engineers, and data scientists to design analytics frameworks, deliver enterprise dashboards, and leverage PowerBI, Looker, and other tools, including Generative AI capabilities to automate insights

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales BI/Analytics and Operations.
• BA/BS degree; MBA preferred.
• Experience with BI tools: PowerBI/Tableau/QlikView/Einstein Analytics/Looker.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and roadmaps for the BIA organization.
• Coach and lead the BIA team to modernize analytics and automation.
• Design Americas analytics framework and ensure data infrastructure for insights.
• Develop meaningful visualizations and data models across multiple sources.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Intelligence, and cross-functional partners.
