Job summary

Officeworks Inc. is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead the architectural interiors project management team and set the standards by which all projects are run, from pre-construction planning through closeout in active construction environments.

The role requires hiring and mentoring PMs, assigning projects based on scope and capability, and maintaining project performance, client satisfaction, and margin while driving continuous improvement across multiple sites, including travel

Qualifications

• Leads and mentors PMs across architectural interiors projects.
• Sets and enforces project management standards and templates.
• Ensures scope, schedule, and budget controls across project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and develop the division’s PMs.
• Assign PMs to projects by scope and staff workload.
• Set goals, conduct reviews, provide feedback.
• Build team depth in wall systems, glazing, doors and hardware.
• Foster a customer-service culture focused on efficiency.
• Lead collaborative, high-performance project teams.
