Job summary

Officeworks Inc. seeks a Director of Project Management to lead the Architectural Solutions division. You will set divisional standards, oversee project managers, and build technical and professional capabilities.

Responsibilities span the full lifecycle from pre-construction through closeout, on demountable wall, glass fronts, doors, and integrated interior construction projects. You will hire and mentor a high-performing PM team, assign projects by scope and develop talent, while ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of project management experience in architectural interiors or related fields.
Proven leadership of a team of project managers and accountability for budgets and timelines.
Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, shop drawings, and on-site verification.
Experience coordinating with general contractors, vendors, and design partners.

Responsibilities

Hire, mentor, and develop the division’s project managers for independent operation.
Assign managers to projects based on scope, complexity, and development needs.
Set goals, conduct reviews, and provide ongoing feedback based on performance.
Maintain technical depth in wall systems, glass fronts, doors, ceilings, and MEP interfaces.
Foster a customer-service culture and a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Oversee schedule, budget, risks, submittals, procurement, and client relations.
