Job summary

Officeworks Inc. seeks a capable Project Manager/Coordinator to drive the life cycle of architectural projects from order entry through installation.

You will coordinate with design, sales, and directors to ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery, while maintaining client satisfaction and profitability. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required, along with 3–5 years in related environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years project management in architectural products, construction or furniture environments.
• Experience with B2B projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the life cycle of a project including order process and specification checks.
• Attend and organize project meetings with stakeholders.
• Perform field measurements and report conditions to design or order processing teams.
• Coordinate with Sales/Coordinator/Design and leadership to deliver a profitable customer experience.
• Ensure smooth installation by preparing delivery and installation instructions.
• Monitor installation plans and complete post-installation punch lists.
• Submit project updates to management; report open issues and coordinate closeout.
• Maintain professional knowledge through company and vendor workshops.
