Qualifications

Strong knowledge of drawings, shop drawings, and field verification.
Experience with risk assessment, vendor relations, and process optimization.

Responsibilities

Hire, mentor, and develop project managers for independent delivery.
Assign PMs to projects based on scope and development needs.
Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback.
Oversee field verification, submittals, procurement, installation, and closeout.
Monitor schedule, budget, risks, and client/GC issues.
Travel up to 30% for client meetings and jobsite visits.
