Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and develop the division’s project managers.
• Assign PMs to projects based on scope and development needs.
• Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and give continuous feedback.
• Build technical depth in wall systems, glass fronts, doors, and finishes.
• Travel up to 30% for client meetings and site visits.
