Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Business, Project Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of industry experience with project management, including architectural interiors or related field.
• Experience leading a team of project managers and developing talent.
• Proven ability to manage schedule, budget, and quality across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and develop the division’s project managers to run architectural interiors projects independently.
• Assign PMs to projects based on scope, complexity, and development needs.
• Set goals, conduct performance reviews, and provide feedback grounded in performance.
• Develop team depth in wall systems, glass fronts, doors, ceilings, and integrated power/data; certify and train accordingly.
• Foster a customer-service culture focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.
• Maintain standardized PM processes and tools, ensuring consistency across markets.
