Job summary

Anthropic is seeking a Manager of Commercial Applied AI Architects to drive frontier AI adoption across mid-market and SMB customers. You will lead a team that builds prototypes, eval frameworks, and tooling, partnering with Commercial sales leadership to shape segment strategy and scale impact.

You will stay hands-on with critical engagements while guiding the team toward measurable outcomes. You will report to the Head of Applied AI, Commercial and help grow the team beyond its current size,

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical customer-facing roles in high-velocity sales.
• 3+ years managing pre-sales or technical go-to-market teams.
• Ability to hire, coach, and give direct feedback.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a team of Commercial Applied AI Architects with high credibility and impact.
• Define hiring profiles, onboarding, and rapid integration into customer conversations.
• Set goals, conduct reviews, and develop each architect's career with feedback.
• Own qualification and prioritization framework for Applied AI engagements across a large book.
• Collaborate with architects on engagements from discovery through deployment and expansion.
