Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a transformative leader to unify Applications Support, Field Service and Regional FAEs into a single operating model. You will guide post-sale technical capabilities, drive customer outcomes, and scale the talent strategy as the business grows.

You will partner with regional sales leaders to prioritize strategic accounts, define KPIs, and raise the technical capability of the commercial team through coaching, training, and structured processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in industrial automation, process instrumentation, or related market.
• Proven leadership of customer-facing application engineering or technical service teams.
• Strong technical-commercial judgment connecting customer processes to revenue opportunities.
• Experience with distributors, system integrators, OEMs and end users.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Application Support, Field Service and Regional FAE capabilities under one operating model.
• Hire and build the Regional FAE team across East, Central and West.
• Establish engagement and handoff models between Account Managers, Regional Sales Leaders, Application Support, FAEs, Field Service, Product and Engineering.
• Build proactive applications organization to identify customer needs, opportunities, and convert them into specs and wins.
• Raise technical and application capability of the commercial team through coaching and training.
• Improve Application Support with qualification, escalation and lead-routing standards and service levels.
• Lead Field Service/Technical Service as post-sale capability focused on response, resolution, first-time fix, and customer satisfaction.
• Create feedback loop from field issues into Product, Quality, Operations and Engineering.
• Partner with Regional Sales Leaders on strategic accounts and opportunities.
• Define KPIs and cadence for applications and technical services, including conversion and customer outcomes.
• Shape long-term technical organization and talent strategy as the business scales.
