Job summary

Ralliant seeks a senior leader to build and run a unified technical organization spanning Applications Support, Field Service and Regional FAEs, aligning them with sales, product and engineering to win more projects and improve customer experience.

The role focuses on scaling the technical organization, coaching the commercial team, and establishing clear qualification, escalation and delivery standards across regions. Strong leadership and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years in industrial automation, process instrumentation, hygienic processing or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead and unify Applications Support, Field Service and Regional FAE capabilities under one model.
Hire and build the Regional FAE team across East, Central and West.
Establish engagement models between Account Managers, Sales Leaders, Support, FAEs, Field Service, Product and Engineering.
Create a proactive applications org to identify customer needs and convert into specs, trials and wins.
Raise technical capability of commercial teams through coaching and training.
Standardize qualification, escalation and lead-routing with measurable service levels.
Lead Field Service as post-sale technical capability, focusing on response and first-time fix.
