Job summary

Ralliant Corporation is seeking a strategic leader to build and run a unified technical organization spanning Applications Support, Field Service and Regional FAEs. You will align with sales, product and engineering to win more projects while elevating the customer experience.

You will shape KPIs, escalation models and a scalable, customer-centric service model that improves conversion, response and satisfaction across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial automation or closely related technical market.
• Demonstrated leadership of customer-facing application engineering, sales engineering, technical service or similar teams.
• Strong technical-commercial judgment connecting processes to revenue opportunities.
• Experience with distributors, system integrators, OEMs and end users.
• Track record building teams, improving processes and driving change across functions.
• Strong executive communication, coaching and talent-development skills.
• Comfort operating as a working leader in a transformation environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Application Support, Field Service and Regional FAE capabilities under one operating model.
• Hire and build the Regional FAE team with focus on high-value applications and project conversion.
• Establish engagement and handoff models between Account Managers, Regional Sales Leaders, Application Support, FAEs, Field Service, Product and Engineering.
• Build a proactive applications organization that identifies customer needs and converts opportunities into specs, trials and wins.
• Raise technical and application capability of the commercial team through coaching, field engagement, tools and training.
• Improve Application Support by establishing qualification, escalation and lead-routing standards and SLAs.
• Lead Field Service/Technical Service as post-sale capability with focus on response, first-time fix and customer satisfaction.
• Create a closed feedback loop from field and application issues into Product, Quality, Operations and Engineering.
• Partner with Regional Sales Leaders on strategic accounts, opportunities and resource prioritization.
• Define KPIs and operating cadence for applications and technical services, including conversion and customer outcomes.
• Help shape long-term technical organization and talent strategy as the business scales.
