Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a transformative leader to build and run a unified technical organization spanning Application Support, Field Service, and Regional FAEs. This role will align customer-facing engineering with sales and product teams to create scalable processes, drive project conversion, and improve the customer experience.

With 10+ years in industrial automation and strong executive communication, you will shape talent strategy, set KPIs, and lead a transformation that delivers measurable

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial automation, process instrumentation, hygienic processing or a closely related technical market.
• Demonstrated leadership of customer-facing application engineering, sales engineering, technical service or similar teams.
• Strong executive communication, coaching and talent-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and unify Application Support, Field Service and Regional FAE capabilities under one operating model.
• Hire and build Regional FAE teams covering East, Central and West.
• Establish engagement models between Account Managers, Sales Leaders, Application Support, FAEs, Field Service, Product and Engineering.
