Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a senior leader to build and run a unified Applications Support, Field Service and Regional FAE organization across East, Central and West regions. This role will align commercial and technical teams, create scalable processes, and drive higher customer satisfaction through proactive service and effective escalation handling.

You will shape talent strategy, define KPIs, and partner with regional sales leaders to win more projects and improve post‑sale support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial automation and related technical markets.
• Demonstrated leadership of customer-facing application engineering or similar teams.
• Strong technical-commercial judgement connecting processes to revenue opportunities.
• Experience with distributors, system integrators, OEMs and end users.
• Track record building teams, improving processes and driving change.
• Executive communication, coaching and talent development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Application Support, Field Service and Regional FAE capabilities under one model.
• Hire and build the Regional FAE team for East, Central and West regions.
• Establish engagement models between Account Managers, Sales Leaders and technical teams.
• Develop proactive applications organization to convert needs into specs and wins.
• Raise technical capability of the commercial team through coaching and training.
• Improve Application Support with qualifications, escalation and service levels.
• Lead post-sale technical capability with focus on response, resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Create feedback loops from field issues to Product, Quality, Operations and Engineering.
• Partner with regional leaders on strategic accounts and resource prioritization.
• Define KPIs and operating cadence for applications and technical services.
