Job summary

Cityblock Health is seeking a senior analytics leader to design and build analytic solutions informing business decisions and operations. This role partners with Member Outreach, Provider Networks, Gaps in Care and Clinical Operations to deliver value through insights and reporting.

The Director will mentor analysts, ensure data quality, and drive real-time and descriptive analyses across Clinical, Product and Network teams. Strong Google stack, DBT, SQL skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics teams with measurable impact.
• 5+ years delivering actionable insights from data and big data analytics.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Looker) and scripting (SQL, Python).

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects and mentor analysts to deliver high-impact insights.
• Develop reporting and analytics solutions across stakeholders (Member Outreach, Operations, etc).
• Architect and implement complex analytics in Google stack, DBT and SQL.
• Partner with clinical, operational and research leaders to identify levers and measure results.
• Ensure data quality and scalable analytics architecture.
