Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; Master's preferred.
• Proven track record in analytics, reporting, BI, or performance improvement roles.
• Advanced Tableau expertise with SQL and data modeling skills.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year vision and roadmap for Operations Reporting & Analytics.
• Establish standards for reporting quality, analytics rigor, and insights.
• Lead development of dashboards, KPIs, and analytics across domains.
• Translate insights into actionable process and policy improvements.
• Lead and develop managers and senior contributors.
