Job summary

reflectionai is seeking a MTS for Technology & Security Engineering to architect and operate the security foundation protecting our multi-cloud research infra and GPU training capacity. You will own the full security stack from end-user compute to cloud security and security-as-code, ensuring high-velocity research with rigor.

Qualifications

• Experience building security engineering functions at scale.
• Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, and audits.
• Vendor risk, procurement security, and legal contract negotiations.
• Front-line defenses for AI infrastructure and data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate EUC security for Linux, macOS, Windows, and GPUs.
• Architect cloud security controls across multi-cloud environments.
• Implement just-in-time, hardware-backed zero-trust access.
• Declare all infra as code and automate compliance checks.
• Build detection pipelines and telemetry for security monitoring.
• Lead audits, vendor risk assessments, and security reviews.
