Job summary

Reflection seeks a Senior MTS for Technology & Security Engineering to architect and operate the security foundation covering corporate devices, multi-cloud research infrastructure, and high-value GPU training capacity.

You will own end-to-end security from endpoint to cloud, drive guardrails, and act as executive leader while hands-on builder across security, infra, and research operations.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in securing complex infra and different OS environments.
• Experience with cloud security, IAM at scale, and container isolation.
• Proven track record building and operating security engineering functions at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate security foundations for multi-cloud research infra.
• Establish IAM governance, network segmentation, and isolation boundaries.
• Implement zero-trust access, hardware-backed authentication, and code-defined security (SaC).
• Lead detection engineering, telemetry pipelines, and continuous compliance checks.
