Reflection is seeking an MTS Lead of Technology & Security Engineering to architect and operate the security stack protecting our corporate and multi-cloud research infrastructure. You will own end-user compute, zero-trust access, cloud/container security, and security-as-code while enabling researchers to move fast.

The role sits at the intersection of security, infrastructure, and research operations and requires hands-on building with executive-level leadership to manage audits, vendor risk,

Qualifications

• 20+ years of deep engineering experience at high-valuation companies or defense-grade environments.
• Battle-tested leadership building and operating security engineering functions at scale.
• Experience supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, ISO 22237, ISO 22301, NIST CSF, and security audits.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate the security engineering foundation across multi-cloud research infra and GPU clusters.
• Lead guardrails rather than gates, and build systems that assume compromise and enable research speed.
• Own end-user compute, zero-trust access, cloud and container security, and security-as-code.
• Collaborate across engineering, infrastructure, legal, and physical security to scale controls with GPU capacity.
