Qualifications

• Built and led a forward-deployed, solutions, or embedded engineering function at a company where the product was an AI or data platform.
• Strong generalist engineering capability with ability to ship in unfamiliar codebases.
• Experience shipping LLM-native software in production with evals and outcome tracking.
• Proven ability to align engineering work with business outcomes and EBITDA signals.
• Experience managing a portfolio of work across multiple portcos or verticals.

Responsibilities

• Own the FDE function across pods and ensure linkage to the platform.
• Allocate capacity across pods with product leaders and gate decisions.
• Drive a shared backlog and measurable deliverables for portcos.
• Ship primitives, workflows, and references to scale across the verticals.
