Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Vice President, Forward Deployed Engineering - AI to lead high-value agentic AI capabilities across our business and client ecosystem. This senior leadership role requires blending strategic judgment with hands-on delivery leadership to move from experimentation to scalable impact.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in AI engineering, software engineering, technical product management, data platforms, or technology delivery.
• Record of building and scaling complex, customer-facing or enterprise capabilities from concept to adoption.
• Strong technical fluency in modern software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, data systems, security, reliability, and operational delivery.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape the most consequential AI opportunities with senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions from discovery to production and adoption.
• Build and guide multidisciplinary teams for rapid, high-quality execution.
• Create solutions that combine models, tools, data, and workflows to solve business problems.
• Establish governance around reliability, security, and observability for scalable impact.
• Drive decisions on when to reuse platforms vs. build new capabilities.
• Attract and develop top technical and product talent across functions.
