Beacon Software in New York seeks a senior Forward Deployed Engineer to lead the function that brings the AI platform to portco workflows, owning capacity, outcomes, and the wedge-driven delivery model.

You will build and scale a pod-based engineering org across Toronto and SF, set governance, and ship reusable primitives while mentoring senior generalists. You will personally deliver a deployment in the first two quarters.

Responsibilities

• Own capacity allocation across pods across roughly 1,000 engineering weeks per year.
• Lead the pod partnership with product leaders to align opportunity size and GTM timing.
• Serve as the intake for patterns from the field and ship shared primitives across portcos.
