Job summary

Ethos Life is seeking an exceptional sales leader to architect the development system for the next generation of Insurance Sales Agents. You will partner with sales, product, and leadership to craft training, coaching, and script strategies across direct-to-consumer verticals.

You will own the scripts, test new concepts, and build AI-enabled tools to improve conversions and agent performance while shaping manager coaching and curriculum.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales enablement or training programs.
• Proven ability to design scalable coaching and script strategies.
• Strong track record of improving conversion through testing and iteration.
• Comfort translating sales acumen into teachable curricula and tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve sales scripts across multiple verticals with product and sales leaders.
• Build and deploy AI-powered enablement tools to assist agents during calls.
• Develop onboarding and ramp programs to accelerate new-agent performance.
• Establish coaching systems and manager development programs for the sales org.
