Ethos is seeking a senior sales enablement leader to architect the development system for next-gen Insurance Sales Agents. This role partners with sales and product to design training, coaching, and script strategy across multiple direct-to-consumer verticals.

You will own scripts, build AI-enabled enablement tools for real-time coaching, and develop a measured agent performance platform. The role includes onboarding programs, manager coaching, and cross-functional collaboration across product

Qualifikationen

• Experience building or scaling a sales training/enablement function.
• Experience in high-velocity, script-driven sales environments.
• Ability to form hypotheses, test, measure, and iterate on scripts.

Aufgaben

• Own scripts across verticals and collaborate with sales and product to evolve them.
• Build AI-enabled tools for real-time agent coaching.
• Develop agent performance tracking with AI transcription and script adherence.
• Run structured pilots and A/B script tests.
• Create onboarding curricula and ramp processes for agents; design coaching programs for managers.
