Job summary

KUNGFU.AI is hiring a Head of Lead Generation to architect a scalable, AI-powered growth engine. You will own the CRM, data, automation, and AI tooling to turn brand and content into a predictable pipeline.

This is a senior, director-level role reporting to the CMO. You will lead HubSpot-driven lifecycle management, enrichment workflows with Clay, and automated research using Claude and exa.ai, while maintaining human checkpoints before outreach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue operations.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience with workflows, lifecycle stages, and attribution reporting.
• Experience directing large language models (e.g., Claude) for growth tasks.
• Ability to turn a set of tactics into a single forecastable engine.

Responsibilities

• Design and own end-to-end demand generation engine from first touch to pipeline.
• Define pipeline metrics and report them to leadership.
• Build an engine that scales with headcount and revenue targets.
• Own HubSpot as system of record; manage enrichment workflows and reporting.
• Oversee paid media strategy and channel mix for pipeline contribution.
