Job summary

AutoStore seeks a transformation leader to modernize the sales support experience and build an AI-enabled operating model across the commercial function. You will drive cross-functional initiatives from problem framing to adoption, shaping capabilities and workflows that scale globally.

You will collaborate with IT, Data, BI, Product, and Sales Operations to deliver measurable outcomes in speed, quality, and customer value, while managing governance and accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading transformation with measurable business impact.
• Ability to lead in high-ambiguity, cross-functional environments.
• GTM, revenue operations, or sales operations experience crucial.
• Experience modernizing manual, fragmented workflows to scalable ops.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and agentic workflows.
• Ability to translate friction into system requirements.
